CELEBRATION OF WORSHIP
We celebrate God’s love poured out for us through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We anticipate singing and hearing God’s word together this coming Sunday. We look forward to connecting with one another to be encouraged and strengthened in our faith.
Please pray and prepare to hear God’s word as Rev. Charles Lee preaches this weekend. This Sunday's message is "Following Jesus with Brokenness in Our Families" from Mark 10:1-16

THIS WEEK'S PRAYER TOPICS
1. Let's thank God for Jesus who came to us as the Great Neighbour.
2. Let's thank God for sending us out to be good neighbours to those in need of help and healing.
3. Let's pray for those who are "half-dead" that they will meet Christ, the Great Neighbor, who loves them and provides life and restoration.
Join us for the early morning prayers during the weekdays at 6:30 AM or Saturday at 8 AM. You can also join our Wednesday night devo at 8 PM. See below for more information and the Zoom links.

FAMILY WORSHIP SUNDAY
Next Sunday's service (May 12) will be Family Worship. All members and their children (JK-Gr. 12) will join us in the Immanuel chapel to worship together.
Instead of dropping off your children at their classes, please have them join the service in the Immanuel chapel. Children in grades 5 and under will be dismissed after the praise, while those in grades 6 and up will remain until the end. Let’s worship our God in unity with our family members!

If you are new and want to be plugged into our church, here are 3 ways to take the next step:
1) Fill out the Connection Form online.
2) Come to the Newcomers Table after the Sunday service in the Fellowship Hall.
3) Join various classes on Sundays, which is a great way to get to know others as you learn in small groups. (For current classes, please talk to our welcoming team or visit the Mississauga Events page on our website.

ALPHA
Are you, your loved ones, friends, or co-workers wanting to know more about the Christian faith?
Alpha is a facilitated, video-based series in a small group environment where one can openly share their questions and doubts about God, Christianity, and faith. This will take place immediately after Sunday Services in May and June. If you or a person whom God has placed on your heart may be interested in Alpha please share this information with them.

If you’re a university/college student, we would love for you to join our College and Young Adults (CYA) Happy Hour after service every Sunday at 12:30 PM in Room #316.
Happy Hour is an extension of fellowship time for those in university/college years where we spend intentional time sharing our lives and our spiritual journies by praying with one another. Come and join our mission-driven community of young people as we learn to follow Christ as we care for one another. New people are always welcome!

If you're 22 or older, we would love for you to join our Young Adults and Careers meeting every other Friday at 7 PM in Room #315.
We're excited to explore the insights of the book "Courage and Calling” which focuses on discerning God’s call for individuals, understanding oneself, identifying the challenges in fulfilling one's call and grasping the meaning of authentic vocation.
This is a perfect opportunity to connect with others in a more intimate setting navigating similar life stages.
